This was a simple fix for our dog's barking at people walking down the street problem. We can leave it on her all day and not worry about it irritating her skin, getting wet, or the charge wearing down. I charged it up the first time and it lasted almost 2 full weeks! The collar makes a beep/vibration combo that worked right out the gate for my dog. No shock, just sound and vibration. Great alternative and works well for my lab.
