8" Green Earth Frying Pan by Ozeri, with Textured Ceramic Non-Stick Coating from Germany (100% PTFE, PFOA and APEO Free) (Kitchen)

I purchased my first Ozeri Green Earth Frying Pan (12 inch) a few months ago and absolutely love it so this 8-inch pan with textured bottom made with the Greblon ceramic out of Germany is no different. Like my other pan, this 8 inch one is 100% PTFE, PFOA, and APEO free – meaning there are no heavy metals or chemicals. The pan is non-stick and cooks evenly every time; even on my radiant heat stove. The pan is heavier than my other 8 inch pans but the weight is distributed nicely and is solid in my hand. After use, I hand wash gently with soap and towel dry and so far, both pans have had no loss of coating. My new pan even came with a nice felt pan saver that protects the coating from being scratched while storing. I love that it’s not made of Teflon to worry about peeling and producing toxic chemicals and the silicone handle keeps cool at all times. It does retain heat for quite a while so make sure you allow it to properly cool down after use and before cleaning. As a note - the pan is made in China from German materials.
