Non-stick Copper Frying Pan CermiTech with Ceramic Coating with Induction cooking,Oven & Dishwasher safe 10 Inches By Tiabo

I have always shyed away from using copper pans because of the care it takes to maintain them but this Tiabo non-stick copper coated frying pan has definitely got me looking at buying more. My first time using this, I made a grilled cheese and since I don't like adding extra fat to my diet, I used no butter to see how it would cook. Amazing. That is the one word description for how easy it was to cook. The copper keeps allows the heat to radiate and cook evenly on my induction range and it was simple to turn and flip because of the non-stick coating. The handle stays cool and is ergonomically designed so it's friendly for arthritic hands. I also like that the pan is not heavy as typical copper pans. I actually put the pan in the oven to melt cheese over my squash and it did great! The best part has to be the clean up or lack of. You can wipe out any contents easily or get this, it's dishwasher safe! I have washed it twice in my dishwasher and it comes out fresh and clean with no water spots or damage. The only thing I think I would change is to add more sizes and styles and a lid. Right now, it only comes in two sizes of skillet but would be great if there were matching pots for a set and a lot of recipes call for allowing things to simmer and that makes doing rice or noodles a bit difficult. Still, a very nice pan for every day use.
