For it being an off-brand and not an Apple product, this charger does okay. Not as fast and it heats up a bit warmer than my old one but the price was good and it does the job. Took off a star only because the time it takes to charge and the temp while plugged in. I am watching it carefully due to other reviews about it melting, etc. Personally, for the price, it is worth trying since to have the Apple name attached to anything seems to triple the price.
