Talk about cute and relaxing. This jellyfish lamp really is simple to set up and enjoy. When it first arrived, I had misgivings about how this was going to look but proceeded with set up anyway. The instructions are a bit dicey but you if you can decipher them, they make sense. You can either use batteries or a USB cord and use a computer or wall plug to power it up. I strongly recommend covering your jellyfish in dishsoap before adding them to the water, add more dish soap the lamp, then letting the water sit for a bit to get all the bubbles out before firing up the motor. Once the motor is primed, it provides a continual current to animate the jellyfish. Their tentacles get tangled every so often but no big deal. The LED light slowly transitions colors and provides a neat effect. I love this in my office as a conversation piece and even have staff come by to check on them and see if they need to be untangled. It’s cute for the price and I hope lasts a while.
