Having had IBS my whole life, probiotics are a must for me and these Souletics Ultimate Gut Health worked well for me. Each veggie capsule contains 5.75 billion good healthy probiotics to help keep your digestive tract on target. I had no bloating, gurgles, sensitivity or issues of any kind so far after taking 2 capsules a day. I actually feel better than when I take my over the counter store brand probiotics and can eat without worrying stress or the foods I am eating are going to start an imbalance. I like they are made in the USA at a GMP/FDA certified facility as well. Good product I will continue taking at at 2 a day, it should last me a month so if any additional changes occur, I will update. So far after 9 days, so good.
